Get ride to Nazare w/Jean & Cindy. CA couple-Joan & Dave bike entire way again-47 m. Hats off to them-very hilly-long uphills-hot-had to walk several times. Tried to shift gears-stuck-FELL OFF BIKE-laying in rd when leader came back to look for me. Get up & keep going. Amazing view of castle-route shows us going there-REALLY???😣😣😣 WALKING AGAIN. No charge at castle entrance. Keep walking bikes-now see lots of people-ask policeman-tells us hotel is close-just around corner. So glad to get in tub & bed. 11:30-4:30. Go to eat W/Cindy-very good meal-see Golin again. Tomorrow ride to Lisbon😊😊
